Start where you actually are
Most people find me in one of five situations. Find yours
"I've got a situation right now."
A complaint, a performance problem, someone you probably need to let go, a conversation you've been putting off for weeks.
We get on the phone, work out what's really going on, and I give you the words to open it and the guardrails to keep it safe!
$550 + GST flat, covers the diagnostic call, the script, and one follow-up call
"I want someone I can call when things come up."
You don't need HR every week. You need to not be alone the day something lands.
Ring me when it happens. No booking, no ramping up. I already know your business.
On-call, 10 hours across 12 months - $2,400 + GST
"I need someone in my corner ongoing."
For businesses where people issues are constant rather than occasional.
Regular time each month for coaching, planning, and fixing things before they turn into problems.
Retainer, from 4 hours a month, $950 + GST per month.
Most people start here and stay here. If things pick up, so does the time — up to half a day a week, $3,200 + GST per month.
"My paperwork is a mess and I know it."
Contracts that don't match what people actually do. A handbook you inherited. Policies that wouldn't survive being tested.
I'll get it tidy, current, and specific to your business, not a template with your logo dropped on it.
Employment Contracts
$220 per hour + GST, or flat $400 + GST per contract
Employee Handbook
$750 + GST per template
Standalone Policies
$220 per hour + GST
"Something's wrong with the culture and I can't name it."
Workplace reviews, engagement work, and the harder question of what's actually going on underneath the turnover or the complaints. Scoped and quoted per business.
Quote based.
What's included either way
Every engagement covers the practical ground: the Fair Work Act and your obligations, pay rates and entitlements, terminations, conflict, recruitment, performance management, awards.
But the advice comes with the conversation attached. I'm not going to email you a process and wish you luck.
The question worth sitting with
Think about what's easier in the long run. Having the conversation now and maybe seeing the behaviour change, or not having it and being in exactly the same spot in six months.
Most people already know the answer. They just want someone in the room while they do it.
Not sure which one you need?
That's fine, most people aren't. Ring me and we'll work it out in fifteen minutes
